How We Can Help You!


Hello! My name is Steve Longshore and I am on a mission to help the older adult (50 - 80 years old) increase their STRENGTH, MOBILITY and ABILITY and improve their quality of life and independence.

As we get older we naturally lose muscle mass. If people do nothing about their muscle loss it can easily lead to bone density issues (osteoporosis), overall mobility issues (getting up and down from floor or chair), balance issues (falling), increased arthritic conditions and weight gain inevitably leading to a decreased quality of life.

My training and available programs can help people overcome these common issues that we will all, eventually, have to deal with. Lets get ahead of it now and add years to your life!

Virtual Training Programs

Have your workouts tailored specifically to you, your special needs and individualized goals. This is our flagship program and designed to get you started properly, maintain motivation and help you get the most of out of your workouts with 100% support all along the way. Workouts are 50 minutes long and scheduled twice per week with extra "perks" along the way.

The 6 Week OAFT Challenge!

This is a beginner training program designed to improve general STRENGTH and MOBILITY in the aging adult. You will receive 12 professionally programmed, on-demand video workouts, warm up and cool down videos, stretching instructions and printable workout sheets. This program has everything you need to get started!

Frequently asked questions

Absolutely! However, it's very important for us to evaluate what type of injury you have and the extent of it. We can definitely help with muscular imbalances and building strength to support the injured area, however, if there is a structural issue we would need to refer you to a specialist.

Yes! They are perfect for you! Our programs help people that are just starting out and go up from there. It's amazing to watch someone grow as they progress through their fitness journey.

The bare minimum you would need is a set of large exercise bands, short bands, a door anchor for the bands, a carabiner and a foam roller. Ideally we would like you to have a couple of dumbbells and/or kettlebells. We have a list of items and complete packages to help you out.
